Next season

I know it's still July but a few thoughts for next season.

Firstly, I hope Chris Thorman sticks around to head things up. 

Name wise, I don't see us starting next season as Newcastle, North East Thunder would be my shout. 

Stadium wise, I do have concerns about the pitch at Gateshead. I don't mind Blaydon and I know I'm probably mad but given crowds some improvement to the main stand could start to make it a decent alternative. It might be worth keeping in touch with Gateshead FC about any plans they have.

Player wise, to be honest I'm really open minded about this. For a lot of these players it's their first season at this level and they will improve. But we could do with some experience. 

Hopefully a fans meeting happens soonish to start to launch next season. 

Finally I think there is a need to have a proper supporters club formed, we can coordinate our efforts which will really help the team.
