Oliver Gildart knows there are no guarantees of a place in the Wigan team this year.
The centre burst on to the scene last year and impressed for the Warriors on their way to the Grand Final.
However, with Dan Sarginson now fully fit and Anthony Gelling also competing for his spot, Gildart knows there is no assurances.
“There will be tough competition this year but I wouldn’t want it any other way,” Gildart told the Evening Post.
“Last season was a massive learning curve for me but a great experience . I’m just going to play my own game and do everything I can to keep my place.”
