Huddersfield name strong squad for pre-season opener

Huddersfield Giants have named a very strong squad for their first pre-season friendly of 2015, including a number of big names to make the trip to Championship side Bradford Bulls on Sunday.

Captain Danny Brough will feature despite a lengthy 2014 which involved Scotland duty post-season, whilst there are also potential debuts for Craig Huby, Jamie Ellis and Oliver Roberts – with Roberts set to line up against his former club.

Former Bulls Joe Wardle and Craig Kopczak are also included, with Paul Anderson set to field a strong side in preparation for the club’s season opener early next month.
