Cronulla Shark prospect Myles Taueli has been charged with drink driving after crashing into a tree.
The 20-year-old, who has yet to make his NRL debut, was charged at 11:30 pm after crashing his car.
A police report said: “He was issued with a field court attendance notice for the offence of mid-range PCA, after a breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.102.”
He is the second young NRL player to be charged with drink driving in a week after Manly’s Liam Knight was caught after driving at 137km/h in a 70 km/h zone.
Taueli will go to court on April 14.
