Swinton Lions have been hit with a winding-up petition.
A notice was published on the London Gazette website that confirmed a petition to wind-up Swinton Lions Rugby League Club Limited was presented by HM Revenue & Customs on April 4th.
The petition is set to be heard on Monday, June 12 at the High Court in London.
