Sticking with the team’s traditional colours, the club has opted to move away from the Wildcats logo used during the Super League era and will instead wear the ‘Trinity’ logo that chairman Michael Carter posted on Twitter several months ago after he asked fans whether they should drop the Wildcats brand.

Additionally, the two stars above the logo are understood to be an acknowledgement of the club’s achievements in the 1960s when they won back to back championships.

The jersey has been received very well by supporters, who will get to watch their heroes play in the kit on March 22nd when they take on Catalans at St James’ Park.
