You could see that coming from a mile away. Look at the fixtures that week and then notice that Widnes play Barrow in a re-arranged game on Wednesday night. No decent CC1 games so it was almost bound to happen.

Personally, I'd have picked the Barrow v Widnes game but, never mind. I like us being on tv.

That's on Wednesday and Sky don't do rugby on Wednesdays, especially now the soccer season has begun.

True, but I guess the teams didn't want to play Thursday and then again on Sunday. Then again, what clubs might want doesn't necessarily matter if Sky decides they want something.

true but barrow play rams away on sunday 15th vikings at home on wednesday 18th then FEV away on sunday 22nd so not much leeway besides apart from FEV v Barrow your fixture, two teams in play off positions, is the plum draw.

Sunday-Wednesday, Thursday-Sunday - what's the difference ? They're both three days apart. We played Friday-Monday-Thursday last year.

Thanks Sky - NOT. I now have to try and rearrange my diary. If I am not able to do so, do you think Sky would refund me, pro rata, my season ticket money?
Also, how much money do clubs get from Sky for TV matches and is it worth the disruption it causes?
