Yeah a big dent in our hopes but we still have decent try scorers in our team Wishing Tee all the best in his recovery
-
They may well have too much for us however they no longer have Riley Dean, who was instrumental for them in that defeat. Road dogs at their best can give them a game I reckon

Fantastic effort by Town

Very strange game to watch for me,little cohesion on both sides in attack and defence throughout.I thought a draw was probably a fair result but so glad we come out on the right side of it. Disappointing crowd, maybe the 6pm Sat night ko is no good, also streaming live on YouTube maybe had an effect? Fair play to club for trying different things but I’m unsure what the benefit is from streaming live for free, maybe someone can enlighten me?

Looking forward to this one just hoping the weather doesn’t spoil it,both sides like to play but I’m thinking grinding the completions out today will be key. We have shown we can do both this season so fingers crossed with some key personnel missing Up the Raiders!

Fantastic defensive performance in the first half and brilliant to go in at HT 6-4 up,took control second half and result was never in doubt. Well done to players and coaches,I enjoyed it
-
Never in doubt professional performance, nowhere near the force they used to be and the fan base are not as bullish as they used to be either.

I’ll back us 18-16

It didn’t seem to bother Salford, they turned out in good numbers and were a credit to their club
-
I’m wondering how seriously York will take this game, they seem to have their eyes on a record attendance at home to HKR in their first ever SL game. I’m also thinking their priority will be SL and fighting for points, they won’t want the added extra of cup games. For ourselves another SL team at home in the next round could bring some much needed cash into the club.

Salford side stuck in until the end which is what you want to see as a supporter, well done and great support Our lads got the job done, big test on Sat

I have never liked the flaming ball and it actually puts me off buying merchandise, the Crest is great and will always be true Barrow to me. However I think a more modern badge is the way forward, maybe the club could get a few designs and let the fans vote for their favourite?

Erm not yet no,surely 4 days rest is enough for them the big Jessie’s!
-
Not sure why we should pander to York to be honest, play it on the Sunday. We have been stitched up more than that in the past!

High praise indeed,I think Town will adjust as the games go by and will want to make themselves difficult to beat at home first and foremost. With some new additions I think you will go ok Barrows strongest side will give anybody in this league a game at home, travelling has been our Achilles heel but the Road Dogs pulled a few out of the hat last year! Listening to Cresta I think the pressure is off now about staying in the division which has always been the priority,I’m thinking he will let the halves/players have a bit more freedom and let them them express themselves. Jonty mentioned completing sets and that always helps but so does scoring tries Best of luck for the season Marra
