Playing with 12

16 July 2014 - 11:53 AM

You often see it in our game when a side loses a player (sent off) the remaining 12 raise their game and at least hold their own, as in out recent match where Locky was sent off, or in some cases to better.

The match that I remember from yester year where we won against the odd's was back in the early 90's. It was at home against Halifax. I think Andy Fisher got sent off ealry doors, and, with Tuuta and Newlove having a field day down the left we went on to win the match - perhaps Marklaspalmas can remeber the year?

Can anyone else remeber another accasion where a side numerically down went on to win?

MOM v Crusaders.

Good performances today, especially with off field distractions. For me:-

1. Sammut
2. Mendieka
3. Flanagan
