Ryan Hall was named man of the match as England completed their expected win over Ireland in front of a record 24,375 crowd in Huddersfield. That was the best attendance for any sporting event held at the John Smith's Stadium. England led 30-0 after dominating the opening 25 minutes with Hall completing a hat-trick and other wing Tom Briscoe
