Hunslet Hawks have released a statement on their website detailing that current halfback Danny Grimshaw is currently “absent” from the club.
In a short, brief statement, the Hawks said that since he was named by coach Barry Eaton in the squad to face Batley on February 22, Grimshaw has not once attended the club.
The Hawks added that whilst Grimshaw is still a contracted player for the 2015, the club and the player are endeavouring to resolve the current situation.
