Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have brought youngster Jordan Crowther into their squad to face Salford this weekend, after another big injury in their pack.
Crowther comes in to replace injured forward Matty Ashurst, with centre Joe Arundel also in the reckoning to make his debut after being included in the squad.
Wakefield coach James Webster admits that despite a hefty injury list, it is a game the squad are very much looking forward to.
“We are looking forward to the game, we go into it with a few bodies banged and bruised, but nothing too serious to worry about,” he said.
“Our aim is to fulfil the targets we have set and worked on in training. We need to build on our confidence throughout the game, to play to our best abilities, that I know the team are capable of.”
