New Wakefield Trinity Wildcats signing Kevin Locke has spoken positively about the atmosphere at the club – admitting everyone has made him feel welcome.
Locke joined on a deal until the end of the season after resigning from his contract with Salford Red Devils, and starred on his debut on Wednesday as Wakefield beat Hull 26-16.
And Locke revealed that the atmosphere and spirit in the club is “just like home”, and he feels really welcome by everyone at Wakefield.
“It’s just like home; the boys have made me feel really welcome,” he told the club’s YouTube channel.
“There’s some boys who I’ve played with back home before too – and everyone has just made me feel really welcome.”
