Castleford head coach Daryl Powell was left furious after Ben Westwood's challenge on Luke Gale went unpunished.
Gale was taken to hospital after a late challenge in the second minute of the game, with the Tigers eventually losing 44-6 to the resurgent Wolves.
"How we can have five officials present, and none of them saw that, is very poor," Powell livid after Gale injury
