VIDEO: New Sheffield Eagles signing scores wonder try

Sheffield Eagles announced the signing of Papua New Guinea winger Garry Lo this week, and if this is anything to go by, the Championship is in for a treat.

The 22-year-old speedster scored this incredible length-of-the-field effort playing for the PNG Hunters in the Queensland Cup, leaving the entire opposition team chasing his shadow.

Lo is one of several new additions heading to the Eagles as they go full-time ahead of the 2016 season. Matt James, George Tyson and Scott Wheeldon are amongst their new arrivals, with another to be announced on Monday.

Quentin Laulu-Togagae has been renowned for his unbelievable long-range tries in his time at Sheffield, but it would appear he now has some competition.

We can’t wait to see Sheffield’s try of the season package at the end of the year, that’s for sure.
