Salford Red Devils have confirmed the signing of second-rower Matt Sarsfield.
Owner Marwan Koukash announced the capture of the 24-year-old on Twitter, just days after his release from Championship side Leigh was confirmed.

Sarsfield struggled with injuries throughout last season, eventually making just for appearances for the Centurions. However, it has not stopped the Red Devils giving him the opportunity of playing Super League as he moves in the opposite direction to Rangi Chase, Cory Paterson Reni Maitua and Harrison Hansen, who have all left Salford for Leigh.
