March has been a month to forget for Bradford Bulls.
With just one victory in four matches and a premature exit from the Challenge Cup, things only got worse on Monday when their unbeaten start to the Championship season ended at the hands of local rivals Halifax, who triumphed 14-10.
But despite Bradford’s poor run of form, head coach James Lowes has insisted there is no reason to be alarmed.
“Don’t hit this panic button,” said Lowes.
“Everyone starts to panic because we got beat, but it’s the first game we’ve been beaten in the league. It wasn’t going to be our strongest start, but we’re trying to work it so we peak at the right end of the season. It’s good that we have a Sunday game coming up. We’ll crack on and work hard to make sure we get where we need to be.”
Bradford are currently fourth in the league, three points behind pacesetters Leigh and Batley with a game in hand.
