Winners: Warrington
It takes quite something to recover from a Challenge Cup defeat in the space of a week, so not many backed Warrington to go to Catalans and win.
After taking an early lead, the Wolves’ mettle was tested as the Catalans stormed back, but a late Ben Currie try secured them victory.
As a result, the Wolves are top of the Super League with just three rounds remaining. Not a bad way to respond to disappointment.
Losers: Hull FC
Unlike Warrington, Lee Radford’s side couldn’t respond with a victory as they went down to St Helens, surrendering top spot as a result.
The Airlie Birds made a stack of changes after almost a week of celebrating, and it was somewhat evident in the performance.
They need to get back on the horse this week.
Winners: Leigh

Leigh still have work to do, but they took a massive stride towards Super League with a superb victory over Hull KR. They took the game to Rovers after a slow start and eventually prevailed as worthy winners.

On the flip side, what a disastrous day it was for Rovers. There was an inevitability about the result once Albert Kelly’s suspension was revealed, and things only got worse.
Defeat drags James Webster’s side back into the relegation mix quite considerably, and it’s going to be a very tough and anxious few weeks.
Winners: Whitehaven
You’d have thought Whitehaven were playing for their future when they hammered Dewsbury on Sunday!
Actually, that was the case, as the Cumbrians gave themselves a glimmer of hope that they could stay up in the Championship with victory over the Rams.
A HUGE game awaits us on Sunday as Haven face Oldham, who are just three points above them with two games to play.
Losers: Workington
Sadly, the same can’t be said for Whitehaven’s neighbours, Workington, who were condemned to League One after their defeat to Sheffield.
A 62-0 hammering confirmed their relegation, ending a miserable year for Phil Veivers’ men.
