Methley Royals will again stage a `Villagers v Townies’ game at Christmas after the huge success of last year’s initiative.
The match, which will pitch local lads against those from outside the village, on the outskirts of Castleford, will be played at Methley’s Savile Park ground on Wednesday 28 December, with a 12.30pm kick off.
All will repair afterwards to the Royals’ base at Methley WMC (the Top Club) for a Christmas bash!
All players, old and new, are welcome.
