Salford City Council and Salford Red Devils have issued a joint statement about the future of the club's A J Bell Stadium home, following rumours that a potential purchaser is on the horizon to buy the stadium, which is presently owned by a joint company (CosCos) 50/50 owned by Peel Holdings and Salford City Council.
