ELIJAH SIMPSON cannot wait to run out alongside his brother after signing for Cornwall.
He is the Choughs’ first signing for the upcoming season and has moved from Australia to play alongside sibling Darcy Simpson.
While Darcy, who joined Cornwall last season and made 20 appearances, is a second-rower or centre, elder brother Elijah is a prop.
He most recently played for Cairns Brothers and said of Cornwall: “I have been following the club closely since Darcy joined last year.
“I have heard nothing but praise about the club and I am keen to be a part of the growth as well as being able to play alongside my brother.
“I like to play a physical and fast-paced style of rugby to help get the team on the front foot.
“I have been lucky enough to be a part of some successful teams. I would like to utilise my knowledge and experience to aid the club this coming season.”
