BATLEY BULLDOGS have signed young centre Jack Hudson from Huddersfield Giants on a one-year deal.
Hudson came through Huddersfield’s youth system, making one try-scoring Academy Origin appearance for Yorkshire in 2023.
He was promoted to a reserves contract with the Giants this year and has now made his first move into the professional game.
The son of Ryan Hudson, who made more than 250 Super League appearances with Huddersfield Giants, Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers, is Batley’s ninth signing for next season.
“Jack is a talented young centre with a bright future,” said new Bulldogs head coach James Ford.
“He has already shown flashes of brilliance, specifically in his sharpness, skill and his relentless drive to improve.
“We are all excited to support Jack as he works toward fulfilling his potential.”
