    Sixteen teams will go into action tomorrow (Saturday 6 February) when the Xamax BARLA National Cup reaches the second round stage.   All ties are likely to go ahead, given improved weather conditions in the last week or so.   Fixtures are: Upton v Birkenshaw; Thornhill Trojans v West Bowling; Oldham St Anne
