Wakefield have loaned forward Jordan Baldwinson to Leigh Centurions on a one-month deal.
The 23-year-old has struggled to establish himself at Trinity since joining the club ahead of the 2018 season, making just four appearances.
He has now joined the in-form Centurions, who face a pivotal four-week period against sides in the top half of the Championship.
Leigh’s head of rugby Keiron Cunningham said: “Jordan has come up through the Leeds system and has extensive experience in the Championship with Featherstone Rovers. He is a proven Championship player and it’s really good to get him on board.
“Hopefully we will give him what he needs which is regular game time and the loan will benefit all parties. I’d like to thank both Michael and Chris for their help.”
