Bradford Bulls poised to hand Adams debut

Bradford Bulls could hand out a debut to one of their rising stars this weekend, after Brad Adams was included in their 19-man squad to face Widnes Vikings on Sunday.

Adams didn’t feature for the Bulls’ under-19s side on Thursday night, and he has been given the nod to potentially make his first senior appearance for the club this weekend after being given a spot in James Lowes’ squad for the game.

He is joined by fellow youngster Oliver Roberts as one of three changes – with Chev Walker also back in the squad after recovering from a hand injury. They replace Jordan Baldwinson, Luke George and Nathan Conroy.

Wingers Jamie Foster and Elliot Kear are also notable absentees from the squad.

Bradford 19-man squad to face Widnes: Brad Adams, Danny Addy, Joe Arundel, Matty Blythe, James Donaldson, Jamal Fakir, Dale Ferguson, Luke Gale, Lee Gaskell, Adam Henry, Brett Kearney, Manase Manuokafoa, Adam O’Brien, Tom Olbison, Jay Pitts, Oliver Roberts, Adam Sidlow, Chev Walker, Danny Williams.
