Brett Delaney to play against Bradford this Sunday

Kingstone Press Championship side Hunslet Hawks have confirmed that Leeds Rhinos forward Brett Delaney has signed a dual-registration deal with the club, opening the possibility of him appearing against Bradford this Sunday.

Delaney is working his way back from injury, and Rhinos boss Brian McDermott confirmed earlier this week that it was possible for Delaney to be sent to Hunslet to gain vital match fitness.

And with the dual-reg papers now signed off, Delaney could play against Leeds’ great rivals Bradford as the Hawks travel to Odsal this coming Sunday.

Delaney will train with the Hawks on Thursday and Friday, with a view to featuring against James Lowes’ side.
