New Canberra hooker Josh Hodgson insisted earlier this week that the controversy surrounding his off-field incident last week in Dunedin was a little overboard – and judging by the Raiders’ reaction in their latest video, it seems they agree with him.
Hodgson reported to Raiders HQ earlier this week to begin pre-season training, days after England’s Four Nations campaign came to an end via defeat against New Zealand.
And before his first interview as a Canberra player on camera, Hodgson and the Raiders seemed to make fun of the incident last weekend, in which Hodgson charged through a door shoulder first at a student flat in Dunedin.
Standing outside Raiders HQ, Hodgson ran at the glass doors outside the building – before stopping, smiling at the camera and politely knocking on the doors.
The video, incidentally, can be viewed here.
