Castleford Tigers v Leeds Rhinos preview and 21-man squads

CASTLEFORD TIGERS could welcome back Tyler Dupree and Joe Westerman from head knocks for their home clash against Leeds Rhinos on Sunday.

Dupree missed the 24-18 loss to Leigh Leopards last Saturday, whilst Westerman hasn’t played for the Tigers since early April.

Castleford haven’t beaten Leeds since 2023, and have only won two of their last ten fixtures against the Rhinos.

Leeds boss Brad Arthur, meanwhile, has been forced into three changes from the side that beat Catalans Dragons.

Ash Handley has been ruled out after suffering acute appendicitis, Jarrod O’Connor misses out after showing delayed concussion symptoms and Keenan Palasia is out for six weeks with a foot injury.

As such, Ben Littlewood, Fergie McCormack and Zak Lloyd return to the Leeds 21-man squad.
