Salford Red Devils talisman Rangi Chase and Catalan Dragons full-back Morgan Escare are making a late charge to win this season’s Albert Goldthorpe Medal.
After being awarded three and two points respectively in this week’s League Express newspaper, the duo have closed to within seven and six points of current leader Travis Burns, who holds a two-point cushion over Leon Pryce and a three-point lead over Daryl Clark.
