THE Pennine League has reminded teams wishing to compete in the 2016-17 season that applications must be made before the end of today (Tuesday 12 July) to ensure inclusion.
Pennine bosses have pledged to issue a fixture list for member clubs setting out the league programme up to Christmas and, to that end, have asked that requests for `free dates’ should be sent to Fixture Secretary Matthew Barraclough as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the Pennine League is to press ahead with an 11-a-side competition for interested clubs. Notification should, again, be lodged by the end of today.
