Eribe Doro returns to Bradford Bulls following Hull KR exit

ERIBE DORO has returned to Bradford Bulls just a year after leaving for Hull KR.

The 24-year-old front-rower has signed a two-year deal with Bradford, where he has made 38 appearances and scored five tries across a two-year spell plus a loan stint last season.

He made nine appearances for Rovers during their treble-winning campaign but has been allowed to link back up with the Bulls following the club’s return to Super League.

“I’m buzzing to be back – everyone knows how much I love the club, the boys and the fans and to be a part of the journey with the club back in Super League is massive,” Doro said.

“I created some really special bonds with some great people both on and off the pitch and I cannot wait to pull that shirt on again.”

Incoming Bradford boss Kurt Haggerty said: “I’m really excited to work with Eribe.

“I’ve had nothing but good feedback from people at the Bulls and from (CEO) Jason Hirst and (former head coach) Brian Noble in particular.

“He’s someone that I have tracked for a little bit as I really like his style of play. He’s aggressive, he’s physical, he’s highly committed to everything that he does.

“He really suits the narrative of how I want to play and I think there’s still a little bit more to Eribe, which I think I can help him unlock.

“I’m really excited to see how he goes with us – he’s been in a winning environment now so I hope he brings a bit of that winning culture with him over to the Bulls.”
