  1. That's great to hear, Gav. Should make for an absolutely belting atmosphere!
  2. Yet you seen to know all about every other club in the division. Your immature posts get pretty tiring Coolie. First time I have bothered resorting to the Ignore function. So I suppose you've achieved something.
  3. Erm...you sure Gav? I'm the proud purchaser of 5 tickets and have received nothing
  4. They should have them by the turnstiles. Just like you never used to be able to get through the supermarket checkout without impulse buying chewing gum, a packet of polos and a 4 pack of double A batteries. Piece of cake this marketing lark
  5. Looking at the weather forecast, does the LNER have undersoil heating? And underseat heating wouldn't go amiss either
  6. Thanks George. I'll wait and see if they send anything out and if not I'll drop them a line.
  7. How does one get a code from the Knights?
  8. Agree with you on the home shirt. I've been screwing my eyes up on the website trying to work out just what the background 'texture' that sits on the white is. But these old eyes can't make head nor tail of it. I should have had a closer look when I popped in to pay for our season tickets last week.

Had to work Thursday night. Any chance the club recorded the evening for those who couldn't attend? @Gav Wilson
  10. To be fair, BJB got better and faster as the season went on. To me, it looked like he was carrying an injury for much of the early campaign. He certainly looked sharp for Jamaica the other week. Good luck to the fella.
  11. Condescending much...? It's almost as though supporters aren't allowed opinions...
  12. Yet Bradford do. You can't keep everyone. That's sport
  13. Better than good. At times he single handedly pulled York back into games last season. Prone to the odd mistake but only because he gives 100% everytime he takes the ball in. Will leave a big hole in the York squad, but good luck to him for next season.
  14. By 'eck tha talks some ###### Coolie. The guy played for Australia school boys in 2012. I'm pretty sure they check documents before you play representative rugby rather than just let you turn up willy nilly. On another note - Ross Peltier isn't a bad signing for you guys. He's always looked strong whenever I've seen him play. Stands up well in the tackle and can be a bit of a handful near the line.
  15. Me 4. I look forward to seeing what comes of this. It'd be interesting to hear if the club actually reaches out to any of the respondents direct to get more information.
  16. Great try. Just when I was thinking Town were short of ideas near the line, they pull off an absolute beauty.
  17. Fantastic signing! Brings us that little bit of maverick who can make something from nothing that we've missed from the squad since Cockayne hung up his boots. Well done all at the Knights
  18. Joking aside, i can see myself getting a season ticket next year. As most of you on here know, i have really struggled with my mental health over the past 18 months or so, which has left me feeling unable to cope with crowds and social occasions. But me and my dad did make it to the London game and enjoyed every second. Didn't really like the 'sit anywhere' advice of the stewards as we did have someone challenge us for sitting in their seat And what's going on with parking? I paid 5 quid but then had no idea where that permit allowed me to park, and there appeared to be no-one checking. Again But the atmosphere was great, the game high quality, and it made me realise again why i have loved this sport for over 40 years now. Onwards and upwards to 2022!
  19. I've just fixed that for you Nige
  20. Although Sammut did try to get an early dart
  21. Come Sunday we're all Oldham, aren't we
  22. Young, full of potential, already demonstrated he can perform well at this level. If you're reading this James and Jon, more of the same please!
  23. I hope so Peter. I'm at a strange point in my relationship with RL. Part of me thinks I'm done after 40+ years of passionately support both the local and the national game. But there is still a part of me that yearns to be back to supporting my team. I'd never switch my allegiance so it is York or nothing. I will attempt to navigate the overly complicated beast that is the online booking system and try to get tickets for us all for Sunday.
