Interesting game this, Leigh on form at home , Warrington with better away form than at home, Fitsgibbon definitely back possibly Harrison rested with a slight niggle, Leigh missing Asiata, Leigh on a short turnaround, not much in this if Warrington win they look odds on for top two but lose they will be third. Warrington to win but could go either way.

You see that we every team, the players who do the basic work are generally only appreciated by team mates and coaches.

I am just removing the splinters and I will also ignore your hospital pass. -

This is one thread I would have been posting left right and centre in the past ,after reading through I am glad I didn't, too many predictable angles from the regular parties , just carry on on the road to nowhere like many of these posts. -

What are the benefits of Toulouse being in SL ?. If they don't get the chance to establish like Catalan were given the answer is nothing. If given the chance it help increase the French opportunities for young players coming through were Catalan are a limited option. It will if given time give us another (derby) and hopefully create more highlights, Some people say Catalan give nothing to SL, well these same people will not even look at Toulouse with anything but negatively. I don't want Toulouse to replace existing SL clubs but as part of 14/16 team competition, that ultimately is the direction the sport needs to go rather than shrinking to create short term increases of standards when the direction is in the wrong way.

Can't argue, but this is not GF day it's round 20, well deserved win but no team is winning every week, wires run in is favourable with Harrison,King and Fitsgibbon back. Funnily enough I feel more confident with Warrington after watching the game, it's a good wake up call from a good side, with king and Fitsgibbon back on the left side it makes a huge difference and Harrison adds more power in the middle. Burgess will be able to rotate were needed in the last 7 matches something others will struggle to do with their run ins.

Is it even the same sport?

Would NRL be as successful if the soccer had been as popular as in the rest of the world. I am 63 but I still enjoy watching SL , there is loads of young talent coming through, considering what we are up against in this country, football killing every code, professional union ( no players increasing the player pools from union) a society were weekends are no longer the regular days off for people to enjoy playing and watching sports. History is in the past stop looking back and enjoy the now and if you prefer NRL ,watch it but don't waste your time and energy comparing and moaning. -

On your line of logic nothing will ever be guaranteed except death. And then you will probably question it. -

It gives him a chance to learn his trade and have a chance to create history if he is able to win a GF in his tenure. There is ample time to go back to the NRL.
