  1. I was at the game and watched the match on YouTube last night. Up to the 50 minute mark it was anyone’s game. A bit of indiscipline cost you and we took advantage then your heads seemed to drop and we scored a couple of tries that perhaps you should have stopped which gave the final score a lopsided look. Anyway I had a natter with a few of your fans and they were a pleasure to talk to. Good luck for the rest of the season.
  2. I don’t like to criticise refs as without them there’s no game but there was a few decisions, against both sides, which had me baffled. Anyway it was not a classic with both teams making errors and I’m just pleased we won, Hurricanes are always a hard team to get a result against.
  3. That’s a good win for Goole, I thought they’d get beat. Well done
  4. I was tempted to go all home wins but I reckon Keighley’s experience will get them home against Newcastle but it won’t be a walk over.
  5. All home wins except Crusaders to beat Keighley
  6. Thanks for that mate and thanks too for your positivity in trying to keep league going in the north east. Today was probably your toughest game but the team never gave up. We have a big physical pack and your young lads really struggled in this battle but every credit to them for carrying on. Things will get better but it’ll take a couple of seasons yet. Good luck and best wishes for the rest of the season.
  7. Workington, although Thunder to show improved form Rochdale to continue their good performance but Goole won’t lie down Crusaders flying at the moment and will continue that form at Swinton Whitehaven to beat Dewsbury. I watched Whitehaven last week against Crusaders and they are a better team than the scoreline suggested.
  8. Crusaders to edge a tight match Rochdale by two tries Goole by four tries Workington to edge a tight match
  9. I’m very tempted to go for all away wins. However despite Goole’s good start and their promise I think Swinton will prevail. With all the rest being away wins. Once again league one showing what a good league it is.
  10. Thanks for that Phil. From what I’ve seen of Thunder I wouldn’t be too worried. You’ve got a young team there that are making big improvements. You’ll be ok mate!
  11. Evenly matched games here. I’ll go Cornwall Crusaders Hurricanes Lions Whitehaven but I wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve got them all wrong lol
  12. I joined in 2013. Im not a frequent poster but do log on a few times a week to catch up. I find it very interesting with some really good blokes posting. There’s the occasional idiot like Parky but overall first class comments. One bloke who I thought spoke sense I haven’t seen on here for a while was Rotherham fev fan who I think was called Robin. Is he still about?
  13. Johnny I must apologise I forgot about you playing in league 1 a short while ago. Hope to see you at Colwyn Bay mate.
  14. Hello Johnny, I assume you’ve not seen much league one rugby. The standard is higher than most people realise and there’s some good teams in our little league. You’re going to have some tough games ahead of you and to get promotion is no easy matter. It is a very entertaining league and you’ll enjoy the rugby on show. Good luck for the rest of the season except when you come to north wales of course.
  15. Harry you should watch more of league 1. Yes there are some blow out scores but overall it’s a good standard and some very good entertaining games. I love it,
  16. My eyes aren’t too good, does that read at a semi or with a semi
  17. Steve, turn left out of the ground it takes you straight to the A41 mate. Google maps!
  18. North Wales Crusaders appointed a full time development officer last year and great strides are being made to get kids playing league. Things are happening.
