Keighley Cougars v Dewsbury Rams 06th July, KO: 15:00
graham fisher replied to horbury ram's topic in Dewsbury Rams
Watched the whole game last night, apart from the result I thought it was a decent game. What stood out for me was that both teams looked unfit and ill disciplined. Plus I hate to see players being goaded, like when Coates got sin binned one of their players on the sidelines goading him when he was going off. -

Mark wasn't part of the jubilant team from 25 year's ago, but he was there to pick up the pieces when it went belly up financially. -

I thoroughly enjoyed last night, great talking to Ned and the players from the grand final of 2000,I swear some of them just look the same as they did 25 years ago, wonder if they are free next Sunday Great entertainment by the band Gods of Fortune. Thanks to all that organised and made this possible, but a special mention to the compare who was also very good in interviewing the players. -
Oh I don’t know,I reckon Tom would welcome him with open arms

Dewsbury Rams v Goole Vikings 13th June, KO: 19:00

Looking at the Goole team, mainly made up of the Doncaster team from last season + four players on loan from the Doncaster club, look pretty strong. Hopefully we’ll have too much for them. Rams 28 Goole 14 fts C. McShane mom Hookem att who knows. -

To be fair we knew at least four players were leaving and we hadn’t got a third way through the season. For me I’d start with jack McShane and bring Sam Day off the bench so we can give Jack a breather, then have them both on together. -
Wow what a game, two good teams going for it,shame they had to be a loser.Congratulations on your win today

Oh Jesus I’m showing my age now,I remember both.
-
And did you notice the referee stopping the clock?
-
Good signing for us this, should give us more power in the forwards.
-
If I'm honest I didn't see this result coming today. When we conceded just on half time, again I freaked the worst. But to nill them in second half is an achievement in itself for us. Well done lads, look forward to hear comments from them that went.

Still a lot of rugby to be played yet before we start writing our season off. Tommy Brierley is out for the season and jack Briggs as had issues with his head knock he picked up earlier this season I think.
-
It’s getting harder for us due to local residents complaining about the noise from the car boot, game day etc.

Just watched highlights and he was definitely dropped on his head. -
Yes I remember Billy Pickup,we signed him at the end of his career really. Back to Dale,he said he’s happy to help out on the coaching side with the young players.
-
It’s been announced today that Dale’s season is over due to him doing his ACL,massive blow for us.

Midlands Hurricanes v Dewsbury Rams 6th April, KO: 14:00

Shame Dale Ferguson is absent once again, also Toby Everett is missing,so we’ve lost a bit of size. Waine from bulls been drafted in so I reckon he’ll play. This will be our big test against a team what have spent a bit of money and will fancy their chances. Midlands 18 Rams 20 fts C. McShane Mom Hookem att? -
I did hear a rumour that Cornwall wouldn't start this season and Bedford would be taking their place. It's sad but I think we've all seen this coming.
-
Cornwall have announced that they're withdrawing from league one with immediate effect. Very sad news, but if I'm honest I've seen it coming.

Is it the same referee that did the Goole game?
