Hi Shadow and everyone. 75.29 so a tiny reduction. Stress levels great now- I managed not to get involved in the thread this morning that was locked so I was able to go to the gym calm and focused. ☺ Thank you for keeping the records. It was really helpful today for comparison.

Thanks. Its useful to know. I've been following National League South as I have a soft spot for Torquay. I am hoping they will be promoted automatically. They have beaten most of their potential play off rivals comfortably but all it needs is an off day.

There was an article in the Independent or "i" today about this also. An interesting fact i read was that Swindon played the most minutes of any League Cup winner. They had to negotiate 2 replays and a third semi final replay. Also of course extra time in the final.

I remember them being in the conference, now the national league a couple of years ago. They played at Torquay last game of the season before they went down. I remember there was a big crowd as Torquay needed to win to stay up. It's sad to see them liquidated for such a comparatively small sum of money.

I've just been reading now how many great songs he played on. The Boxer is an obvious choice. California Dreaming too. An obscure one I like is "Any world that I'm welcome too" by Steely Dan.

I've read the books. I enjoyed them. The latest one has more characterisation depth.

Bin men. I have had to clear bushes at request of postman so bin was full. Put my brown bin out. The bin men move the bins to edge of pavement as van arrives and then walk back up to empty them. I saw them do this with mine so thought all was ok. Then I look later and they have forgotten to empty it! No sticker on it to say refused to empty etc. I have no room now for 2 weeks cutting.

That's a real shock. He was a proper singer and songwriter. For me Talk Talk were one of the few "progressive" and innovative bands of the 80s. Spirit of Eden was considered their best CD. My favourite was Live at Montreax in 1986 which contained more spacious and developed versions of their earlier songs.
