Wasn’t keen on having him and a few others back but we are struggling for forwards and he’s a proven player with experience. As someone just said, I hope he’s coming cheapish. Welcome back Ginge
-
Great win yesterday considering who was missing, just hope Matty isn’t out for long, he’s vital for us. Well done lads UTT.
-
They weren’t being paid
-
It was only £5 for those who went early for the ladies game, maybe 200 max, we had over a thousand the week before with no cheap admission, not bad in a ###### league. I very much doubt haven are averaging over 1000. I don’t know where you get these figures from.

Radio no no , wtf
-
Just heard Jordan Weir on the radio talking about havens financial plight, he blamed loss of central funding and lack of cash from the Nuclear gravy train. I’m not sure if he mentioned the poor attendances only caught part of it so maybe he did.
-
Heard Walker was missing as well.
-
That’s bad news, gonna be tough anyhow, they have some big forwards that will take some stopping. It’s being played at Chester RUFC, it’s a big pitch from memory and I was hoping we could run their big lads off their feet.
-
Can’t be much of a grandstand they are proposing, you can barely get a bus down the back of the original one. Bobg is right about the pitch size as well, we will finish up with one metre dead ball areas. We will have to wait and see what we finish up with, but it looks like there will be a lot of disappointed Town fans. l

It’s certainly sounds like it will be a revamped BP, I’m not happy with that and I imagine a lot more Town fans won’t be either.

I love your passion for the stadium and you make some good points. We will all be sad when the gates are closed at DP and I certainly will have a tear in my eye having been attending games since 1963. The new stadium is vital for the future of both clubs. We can’t keep throwing money at the 2 ageing stadiums. Nobody knows what we are getting or what it will develop into in the future. I’m sure most of us will be disappointed if we get the existing BP with a new stand, if they turn the stadium around 90 deg with a new Stand then that’s a start to build on.. I can’t see a new grandstand being built where it used to be due to the lack of space next to a main rd. The BOD and volunteers have got the old girl looking a treat at the moment but underneath the veneer the place is crumbling. At the end of the day we just want what’s best for our 2 professionals clubs.

We would take some stopping with Key, Barnes, Curwen and Reid back from injury.
-
A couple of away wins at Crusaders and Cornwall would would certainly make for a good crowd against Donny.
-
Crack is that some of the leaving players offered their services to Town, not sure if this is true, but I hate this constant financial roller coaster both clubs seem to be on with players moving between clubs. It’s not that long ago that Tom Walker was at DP with his haven team mates singing a little ditty about us being blue and white s@@@e. Good player but deffo don’t want to see him in a Town shirt again. ( I would have Marcus’ back tomorrow)
-
Great crowd considering what was on TV , UTT.
-
Any of the 5 or 6 injured forwards back yet
-
Spoken like a true Neutral
-
Oh dear
-
It will always still be DP, just like the wreck will always be the wreck.
-
Sounds like an outstanding piece of business, well done Graeme and the BOD.
-
Both clubs will be gutted the game was called off, Town will suffer financially because of travel costs and paying wages for a non game. I also feel sorry for our fans who were travelling in good numbers. At the end of the day it was an horrific accident by all accounts and more than likely people were injured or worse. We missed out on a game that will be eventually played, we should all put things in perspective. Hoping the game isn’t midweek so we can still fetch a good following down.
-
Keep up will you mate.
-
All aboard the gravy train.

Jenkinson pulled the plug on the stadium as a local Councillor before he was a Consrvative candidate. I voted Labour all my life up until the last election, let's leave it at that shall we.
-
Yes I did, replying to a guestion about why Jenkinson was elected, gave an honest answer. Whinging about Brexit is taking it to another level FFS.
