Does anyone on here have any legal knowledge or experience relating to landlord/tenant issues from a landlord's viewpoint? If so, would you be prepared to offer a some advice? I don't really want to discuss the issue in question on a public form, but if you think you may be able to assist, a pm would be gratefully received. :)
