Welcome to Oxford RLFC for the last game of the season and our  last chance to play at home.

OK, the game is a dead rubber but its a chance to say thanks to the players who have pulled on a Crusaders shirt and put their body on the line for our entertainment. Also a chance to say thanks to those who have stuck by the club and those who have volunteered at our home games to ensure the matches go ahead.

This weeks game is now a double header with the North Wales U18s taking on a South Wales Select at 12:30. Some stars of the future on display and we have a real chance of recruiting some of these youngsters.

The League 1 game ckick off at 2:30 so make sure you are there.

Lots of handshaking and back patting to be done tomorrow Gogledd.

This time last year we thought the club was gone. Last night, season ticket prices were announced for next season. What a difference a year makes.

Its good to see the Board has taken on suggestions of different tiered tickets... something I proposed last year after looking at the Rabbitohs website!

What we need now is a strategy to double the crowd or even to increase it to an average of 500 per game - that would make a huge difference. Any ideas?

Think as soon as the fixture list s announced, as much publicity as possible needs to be put into that all around the area, as many local media mentions as possible on all platforms...one example that stuck in my mind this year , very noticeable in their absence have been the roundabout banners - get 'em out early, they do get seen.

cru....Cru.....CRUSADERS!!!!!!
