Just to add, York is RL territory. We have community clubs and a decent semi-pro side. This ought to be considered the heartlands.

A very small area but I reckon I could honestly say RL is more popular in Hunslet than football.

Cas, Fev and Wakey?  Not to say their individual clubs are the biggest as quite clearly there is crossover and more than a few Rhinos fans. Leeds United are the biggest sporting institution
