Fuifui Moimoi headed for Leigh Centurions?

Leigh Centurions are set to reveal their much-anticipated marquee signing on Saturday night (10pm) – and speculation from Down Under seems to suggest that international superstar Fuifui Moimoi could be headed for Leigh Sports Village.

In what would be one of the biggest transfer coups of recent times, the Centurions are believed to have struck up a deal to bring Moimoi – who has spent his entire career at Parramatta Eels until the end of this season – to Leigh for their assault on the Championship in 2015.

The Leigh club – including head coach Paul Rowley – have consistently refused to speculate on whether Moimoi is their big signing, but after Australian media suggested that it could be the New Zealand international.

Talk linking Moimoi with Leigh was covered in League Express two weeks ago, where our man Gareth Walker suggested that a deal had been struck up for the 2015 season.
