Pita Godinet has announced he won’t be at Wakefield next season.
The Samoan international took to Instagram to announce his departure after his contract came to an end.
Godinet joined the Wildcats from New Zealand Warriors ahead of the 2014 season and spent two years in West Yorkshire. However, Brian Smith has opted not to offer him a new deal.
“Firstly I’d like to Thank all the Staff and Supporters at Wakefield Trinity Wildcats for the past 2 seasons I’ve had at the club,”
“I believe that my Job is done and every good thing must come to an end. A club that will hold a special place for my wife and I as you were all welcoming when we first arrived in the UK.
“Where to from now is still unknown, only God knows our path and where to next.”
