Former NRL star Jarryd Hayne is upping the ante in trying to secure an NFL contract, by appointing a renowned American agent to help tie down a deal.
US agent Jack Bechta will take on Hayne's services - with Bechta having represented a rugby player turned NFL star in the past - Hayden Smith switched from rugby to American Football back in 2012.
