Hohaia says Flower incident is “put to bed”

St Helens star Lance Hohaia insists he has put the shocking events of the 2014 Super League Grand Final behind him - and says the incident involving himself and Ben Flower has been "put to bed". Hohaia featured for less than two minutes in the Old Trafford showpiece after being punched by Ben Flower, but he quickly told the media afterwards that
