Huddersfield Giants star Luke Robinson has missed out on selection for the club’s West Yorkshire derby against Leeds Rhinos this Thursday.
Robinson is not included in a Giants squad that is seeking its first win of 2015, following defeats to Hull FC and Wigan in the opening two rounds of the season.
However, long-term injury victim Kyle Wood is back in the squad. Wood had spent time out on dual-registration with Oldham in recent weeks to build up his match fitness, and he will likely be a direct replacement in the Huddersfield squad for Robinson. With no Scott Grix in the squad, Jake Connor will likely continue at fullback.
