There are reports in Hull that, after losing half-back Travis Burns to St Helens, fellow pivot Kris Keating could be on his way out of the club too.
Keating has struggled during his first season at the Robins, and the Hull Daily Mail are reporting that Keating’s battle with homesickness is continuing.
He has now gone back to Australia due to KR’s season ending early, but rumours continue to link him with a move away from KR, with Cronulla Sharks reportedly ready to pounce for the former Canterbury man.
Robins boss Chris Chester is now faced with a huge half-back dilemma; if the club and Keating do agree to part ways, then Chester will be left to try and fill two key positions before the beginning of pre-season.
