JAYDEN OKUNBOR has committed to Bradford Bulls for the next two seasons by signing a full-time deal with the Super League newcomers.
Okunbor, 28, joined Bradford in May 2024, initially on loan from Hull FC where he disappointed in an eight-game spell, and has scored 31 tries in 47 matches.
That includes 22 touchdowns last season, making him the club’s top try-scorer.
“I think everyone knows how much I love playing for this club and I have said previously I am loving my rugby league again,” said Okunbor, who previously played in the NRL with Canterbury Bulldogs.
“I feel like I am playing some really good footy and I am really excited to be having another crack at Super League. This is a huge moment for the club and I cannot wait to be a part of it.”
Bulls coach Kurt Haggerty said: “Jayden is a big strong outside back and the way he defends in particular suits how I want us to defend.
“He’s big, he’s aggressive, he’s up high and he’s a fantastic ball carrier out of yardage.
“I also think there’s a lot more to his game. We’re almost a team of people who have got points to prove and none more so than Jayden Okunbor.
“I am really excited for him to go out there and show what he can do at Super League level.”
