Leeds Rhinos have handed centre Jimmy Keinhorst a new three year deal with the German international staying with the Headingley Carnegie club until at least the end of the 2016 Super League season.
The 23-year-old broke into the Rhinos team in 2012 and played in the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final at Wembley against Warrington that year whilst still a student at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Last season, he scored three tries in nine first team appearances as well as gaining experience on dual registration at Hunslet Hawks, where he scored 13 tries in 15 appearances for the South Leeds club.
