Key forwards return for Huddersfield and Hull KR

Hull Kingston Rovers will be able to call on Mitch Garbutt for Friday’s trip to Huddersfield.

The prop, who has been a key performer since his move to Leeds, has missed the last four games following knee surgery.

But he has been recalled to the squad for the bottom of the table clash with the Giants, who are two points ahead of 11th-placed Rovers.

Antoni Maria is recalled after being cup-tied for last week’s victory in the Challenge Cup while Will Oakes is also called up. Shaun Lunt, Will Dagger and Owen Harrison drop out.

The Giants are without Ollie Roberts, Matt Frawley and Alex Mellor, who all drop out following last week’s defeat to St Helens, they’re replaced by Oliver Russell, Jake Wardle and Michael Lawrence. Jermaine McGillvary retains his place despite missing out last week through injury.
