Key trio return Hull FC as Widnes lose starting duo

Lee Radford has been able to name Fetuli Talanoa, Mahe Fonua and Liam Watts in his 19-man squad to face Widnes on Thursday.

The trio all missed the defeat to Castleford last week through injuries, but have recovered in time to take on Denis Bett’s side.

Hull can move two points clear of Wigan at the top of the league with victory, with the Warriors playing a day later at Castleford.

Meanwhile, Dean Hadley have replaced Jordan Abdull in the squad.

As for Widnes, they’ve been dealt a blow, with Rhys Hanbury and Chris Dean both missing the visit of the league leaders.
